Is Almanac available
on CD or as an audio book?
No, the 2010 Almanac is not available on CD but it is available
in two printed formats – a paperback
edition and a spiral bound
edition as well as an online edition. The Almanac is not currently available
as an audio book. More information can be found by clicking
here.
When is the Almanac shipped?
Many of the significant changes affecting the careers of federal
employees for the next calendar year are not approved until
late in the year (often December.) In order to have the most
updated information included in the Almanac, it is
shipped in mid-February.

How can I change
my sign-in password on my electronic subscription to Federal Employees News
Digest?
To change your sign-in password to your electronic subscription
to the News Digest, simply
click on “Subscriber Sign-In” link on the upper left hand
side of this page. Sign-in using your current user name and
password, then click on My Account and follow the instructions.

I subscribe
to the print edition of Federal Employees News Digest. Do I have access to
the electronic edition also?
No. Print subscribers do not have access to the electronic
edition of the News Digest. If you would like to convert your
current print subscription to an electronic subscription, call our customer
service department at 1-800-989-3363 or contact us via our online
form by clicking here.
Why do back
issues of the News Digest cost $5.00?
Back issues of the News Digest are available for $5.00
each to cover the costs of printing and storage of these issues.
Subscribers to the News Digest Electronic Edition, however, have
access to the any back issues which are within their paid subscription
dates. To subscribe to the Electronic Edition, visit our Product

Are FEND products
available from other outlets?
Many of our books are available online at Barnes
and Noble and Amazon.com.
Check the bookstore in your federal office building, as many

Since I am a federal
employee, shouldn’t FEND’s publications be available to me at
no charge?
Federal Employees News Digest is not a part
of the federal government, and receives no government subsidy to produce its publications.
Approaching its 60th year, FEND has provided top-quality, reasonably priced information
products and services to federal employees written by a qualified

Do federal employees
get a discount on your publications?
No. There is no discount for federal employees. Most
products, however, are discounted when you order multiple copies.
